- 1/2 tsp garam masala

- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 boiled chopped potato
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric

How to make Desi Ghee Banarasi Tomato Chaat
To make Banarasi Tomato Chaat of Desi Ghee, first of all you have to make tomato base. To make tomato base, first of all follow the method given by us –
First of all, take a small pan and put a spoonful of ghee in that pan and let it heat up a bit.
When it becomes slightly hot, add ginger paste to it.
After this, slow down the flame, add turmeric, chilli, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala and tamarind chutney and let it cook.
When all this masala is cooked well, then add tomatoes and salt according to taste and let it cook for 2 minutes more.
When the tomato is cooked, add a boiled potato and a cup of water to it and let it cook for a while.
When the water starts to boil, take it off and put it on the bottom and put chopped coriander in it.
Now your tomato base is ready, now prepare cumin syrup in a separate vessel.
To make cumin syrup, you need two cups of water in a small vessel on the gas. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and chili and let it cook for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooking the syrup, you take it off and keep it to cool down.
