Which Vegetarian Diet Has The Most Protein?

1. Soybean –

Soybeans are more protein rich than meats and eggs, in addition to protein, soybeans are rich in vitamin ‘B’ complex vitamin ‘E’ and minerals. Apart from this, soybean is also rich in fiber. 100 grams of soy chunks contains about 50 grams of protein.

2. Cheese –

All products made from milk are very beneficial for health, which helps in filling calcium deficiency in our body. Paneer is also prepared from milk and contains protein, carb and fat. 100 grams of cheese have around 18 grams of protein.

3. Moong Dal –

Moong dal is an inexpensive way to overcome protein deficiency because moong dal is rich in protein. About 24 grams of protein is found in just 100 grams of moong dal.

4. Almonds –

Almonds are rich in fat and rich in protein. About 21 grams of protein is found in 100 grams of almonds. It also contains calcium, magnesium and iron.

5. Cashew –

As such, cashew nut has many benefits and it is also helpful for weight gain as well as it is full of protein. Just 100 grams of cashew nut contains about 553 calories, 44 grams of fat and about 18 grams of protein.

6. Milk –

Milk not only strengthens bones by fulfilling calcium deficiency in the body, but it is also rich in protein. About 40 grams of protein is found in one liter of milk.

7. Sprouted grains –

Sprouted grains are also an excellent source of protein intake. One cup of sprouted grains contains about 15 grams of protein.

8. Peanuts –

Fat is found in peanuts, but it is full of protein. Only 100 grams of peanuts have about 26 grams of protein.

9. Gram –

Gram is rich in not only protein but also fiber, it can be eaten by soaking, boiling or frying it. About 15 grams of protein is found in 100 grams of gram.

10. Curd –

Rich protein is found in everything made from milk and hence curd is also a better source of protein. There is about 11 grams of protein in 100 grams of curd.

11. Brokli –

A cup of broccoli contains 3 grams of protein. Broccoli also contains vitamin K, C and fiber.

Apart from this, spinach, maize, guava, jackfruit, raisins, apricots etc. are also found in good amount of protein.

Consuming too much protein without thought may cause harm. How much protein should be consumed daily depends on your age, weight and routine.
